Seminar Description:  

Our goal here at K & G Wellness is to constantly motivate our participants to enjoy a healthy lifestyle for LIFE!  We are taking strides towards ways of keeping individuals committed and staying on track.  K.I.N.S. was developed to keep our participants up to date on nutritional and health information.  While attending the K.I.N.S. seminars we will help keep you accountable by recording your current weight.  In doing this, our goal is that each individual remain within a five pound window from the last recorded weight.  No matter if you are looking to lose weight, maintain weight or gain good healthy weight, these monthly meetings will help hold you accountable in keeping your goals in sight.  You will be given a card at your very first seminar.  This card will have your weight recorded at each seminar that you attend.  And, if you can maintain for three consecutive months you will be rewarded.  You can begin attending these seminars at any time and attend as many or as few seminars as you wish.


To qualify to attend:
NOW OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!  NO QUALIFICATIONS OF ATTENDING A PRIOR CLASS IS NOW 
NECESSARY.  You and your family member regardless if you have completed a course with us before 
can come to class seminar's.  You MUST call and place your name on the class roster due to limited
seating availability.

2016 Seminar Topics: 
SCHEDULE TO BE RELEASED.

Rewards:
Once you have attended three seminars and have stayed within the five pounds from your last recorded weight you will be qualified to attend your fourth class FREE!  

Seminar Fee:
There will be a $15.00 fee per person, per seminar.

Seminar Schedule:
K.I.N.S will be held sometime in the last week of every month  from 6-7:30pm
